WIT Youth Programs

World Information Transfer supports intellectually gifted young people in the regions most damaged by the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. The nature of the support is tailored to the specific needs of identified individuals to further their intellectual development. These young people have indicated a strong interest in international environment and health issues. At present, WIT contributes to the development of the following young people in Ukraine.

Oksana – WIT has purchased prosthetic limbs and orthodontic treatment.
Taras – WIT is contributing medical help for his recovery from spinal injury.
Natalka – WIT supports her medical school studies.
Dmytro – WIT supports his medical school studies.
Olia – WIT supports her university studies in political science.
Ania – WIT supports her university studies in law school.

WIT has donated connecting computer systems to one school whose curriculum includes the interrelationship between health and environment.
WIT is also identifying projects in Lebanon that would benefit the society – especially projects involving young girls.
Donations to WIT on behalf of our youth program are welcome.
