    Dear Colleague:
On behalf of World Information Transfer, I have the honor of inviting you to our 12h International Conference on Health and the Environment: Global Partners for Global Solutions. This Conference, co-sponsored by the Government of Ukraine, in collaboration with UNEP, UNICEF, and Physicians Weekly, will be held on April 24th and 25th, 2003 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. The theme this year is WATER and HEALTH: PROBLEMS and SOLUTIONS.
As you may be aware, our conferences, held at the United Nations since 1992, are widely acclaimed for their quality of presentations and participants. This Conference is particularly relevant since 2003 is the United Nations International Year of Fresh Water.
We would be honored if you are personally able to attend our conference. We would also like to extend this invitation to others whom you feel will benefit from learning about this very important topic.
Although our conference is free, due to very strict security requirements at the United Nations, registration is mandatory in advance by mail, e-mail or fax ONLY.
Travel and Accommodation to attend World Information Transfer’s 12th International Conference on Health and Environment are the full responsibility of the conference participant. World Information Transfer does not assist in visa applications.
The conference papers will posted to our website in the summer, 2003,www.worldinfo.org.
This letter will serve as your invitation, so please fill in your response below and e-mail or fax it to us by April 18, 2003
    Sincerely,
    Dr. Christine K. Durbak, Chair
